• Hone Decor products
• Custom commissions (when available)
All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

• All prices are listed in AUD.
• Prices may change without notice.
• Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers

• We do not store full credit card details.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us to charge your selected payment method.
📦 4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Once an order is placed:
• You will receive a confirmation email
• Your artwork will be packaged with care
• Tracking information will be provided when available
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
🔄 5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees for faulty or damaged goods.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product:
• Is faulty
• Is damaged
• Is significantly different from its description provided you email tanyas art within the 7 day deadline.
Change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted for:
No refunds for change of mind
No refunds for custom or made‑to‑order items unless they are faulty
No refunds for digital downloads

Creativity deserves respect — it is not in our nature to steal, and it shouldn’t be in yours either.
